Extremis has made initial patent filings for two unique concepts for emergency shelters to be used at disasters. One is a fold-flat building that requires no tools to be assembled and can be put up by a small number of men in under ten minutes; the other is designed to withstand a Cat 5 hurricane (200mph winds).
